If you're anywhere near the beautiful town of Waynesville, North Carolina, you’ll want to mark your calendar for Blue Ridge Heritage Weekend 2025! I’m thrilled to announce that I’ll be one of the juried artists selling my watercolor and mixed media artwork at this charming outdoor festival.
This two-day event is held on the scenic Shelton Campus, just three blocks from downtown Waynesville, surrounded by the stunning Blue Ridge Mountains. It’s the perfect setting for a weekend filled with handmade art, live music, craft demonstrations, and delicious food trucks.
🖼️ I’ll be bringing original paintings, art prints, and a curated selection of products featuring my most loved designs—think nature-inspired tote bags, mugs, and home decor. Whether you're shopping for yourself or looking for a unique gift, stop by my booth and say hello!
🎶 The festival also includes performances by local musicians, demonstrators showing traditional crafts, and access to the Haywood Historic Farmers Market on Saturday morning (9am–12pm), where you can pick up fresh produce, local goodies, and more.
📍 Event Details:📅 Saturday, August 9th | 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM📅 Sunday, August 10th | 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM📍 Shelton House Campus, Waynesville, NC🎟️ Admission is FREE!
This event is a fundraiser for the Shelton House Museum of North Carolina Handicrafts, and the whole campus—from the historic museum and barn to the HART theatre—is part of the Blue Ridge Heritage Trail. Come for the art, stay for the atmosphere.
✨ I can’t wait to meet you in person! Come shop small, support local artists, and soak up the beauty of the mountains.
