Refund & Return Policy

At DeElla Hoberg Arts, I want you to love what you receive. While each item is made to order with care, I understand that sometimes things happen. Here's what you need to know about returns and refunds:

🛍️ General Refund Policy

Because most of my products are made to order through trusted print-on-demand partners, all sales are considered final. However, I do evaluate refund or replacement requests on a case-by-case basis. Your satisfaction matters, and I'm here to help if something goes wrong.

📦 Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact me within 7 days of delivery. Be sure to include:

  • A description of the issue

  • A photo of the damaged item and packaging

  • Your order number

In most cases, I’ll offer a free replacement of the damaged item.

🎨 Custom Orders

Please note that custom and personalized orders are non-refundable. Once your artwork or product is approved and produced, it cannot be returned or refunded unless it arrives damaged.

🔄 Returns

Due to the nature of print-on-demand production, I do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing, or color differences due to screen settings.
