Wild & Free: A Celebration of Dandelions




Today I’m excited to share something new — the start of my Daily Painting Series. Each day, I’ll be offering a fresh, original painting for just $50 with free shipping. This project is a way to bring more art into the world, connect with collectors in a fun, accessible way, and give myself the creative challenge of painting daily.

For the very first painting, I chose the dandelion. Most people see dandelions as weeds, but I see them as symbols of resilience, strength, and summertime joy. They grow in the cracks, thrive where nothing else can, and still manage to shine bright and cheerful.


As a child, I loved picking dandelions and blowing their fluffy white seeds into the wind, whispering wishes as they floated away. That simple act of wonder has stayed with me, reminding me that beauty can be found in the most unexpected places.

In this piece, I wanted to capture not just the flower itself, but the feeling of light and life bursting outward — a reminder that even the humblest bloom has its own brilliance.
