Day 4- 50 Challenge- a 50 day consistency challenge

I am still feeling pretty run down after our trip. I’m struggling with stomach yucks, a rash and exhaustion. Today, my workout is just not happening. A sprint or two to the bathroom is not out of the question!

I have completed my writing for the day but felt uninspired and sluggish. I did it anyway.

As for painting, I have been working in Procreate today. I am still pretty new to digital painting and I am having a good time learning and playing. Mostly I use Procreate to clean up analog paintings for digital use but I am determined to up my skills for more digital applications. Here is what I did today- I like the idea of palm leaves in a surface pattern design. Make sure to check out the video to see how I painted it in Procreate.
